Pat McWorter, WorkLife Director at Frazer UMC, recently utilized a WorkLife Lesson (a twice weekly, church-branded tool provided by HCAW), to share that the Prayer Ministry was actively lifting up those involved with the WorkLife Ministry. He also asked for specific requests from those in the workplace. As the responses poured in, Pat realized the seeds planted by the implementation of Frazer's WorkLife ministry were beginning to bear fruit! It was helping the DNA of Frazer to shift! One response stated:
"When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field." (Matthew 9:36-38)|
